Info: My Novel Johnny Be Good is in its second draft

This is the photo of Johnny and his stray dog. I found it on Shutterstock (I still have to give credit to the photographer), and it’s free for commercial use. Thank you Shutterstock.

Johnny Be Good has 18 year old Johnny and his stray dog leave home because of a lie his parents told him. He’s not prepared to move out and is ill-equipped to handle life alone, therefore, ends up living on the streets.

When describing Johnny and his dog, this is the photo I’m looking at. It’s cool how photo’s tell a story.

So tell me what do you think so far? Should I use this photo as the cover?

    1. Hi Teresa,
I’m very happy to meet you. Thank you for being a Homeless Liaison. I may have tons of questions for you, but right now I want to say thanks for the encouragement.
Your encouragement has motivated me to get back to writing. The writing tips on your blog https://journalingwoman.blogspot.com/ are mega inspiring. I’m done with writers block.
Sometimes all it takes is a bit of kindness.
      I appreciate you,
      Diane
